adDRESS a Need

The 2012 Friends of Advantage adDRESS a Need SALE-Walton County will be hosted by the Monroe Downtown Development Authority at the "Old" City Hall Building located at 227 South Broad Street, Monroe, GA 30655! The schedule is:

Friday, March 23rd - 10:00am to 7:00pm

Saturday, March 24th, - 10:00am to 5:00pm

Throughout the year, we seek donations of NEW and slightly used dresses and sell them at a substantially reduced rate in time for the prom, pageant, and wedding season. Boutiques such as Dressing Dreams, High Maintenance, and I DO I Do Bridal have generously donated dresses, shoes, and accessories for our sale. We also offer scholarships to young women in high school wihtin our 10 county service area who want to attend their prom but have financial difficulties in doing so. The scholarships award each recipient a "Cinderella Makeover" including a dress, hair styling, makeup, nails, etc.

All proceeds from this event go to enhance Advantage Behavioral Health Systems Walton County Clinic, Unlimited Services, and Homeless Day Service Center.
